Registration System
When registering, if your child played in the Fall 2011, you will register as a Returning player. If your child is new to the organization, please register as a New player.
UNIFORMS...if you participated in the Fall 2011, Spring 2011 or Fall 2010 season, you do NOT need to order a new uniform. You will need to uncheck the uniform box on the payment screen. If your player is a NEW player, please make sure you enter your uniform sizes and don't uncheck the box beside uniform on the payment screen

Birth Certificates:
When you register at WGFC for the first time, you will need to provide a copy of the player's birth certificate. Hospital, baptismal or other religious certificates are not acceptable. There are three (3) ways to provide a copy of the player's birth certificate.
- You can upload directly to your child's registration profile.
- Bring a copy to the Parents meeting and present to our registrar (meeting date/time will be listed on our club site at http://www.westgafc.com/ as time approaches).
- Mail to: WGFC, P.O. Box 1361, Douglasville, Georgia 30133
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Recreational players, WGFC encourages players to register early to guarantee them a spot on the team for the upcoming season. If a player requests to withdraw their registration anytime between registration and before the first practice, WGFC will refund all of the registration fee. If a player requests to withdraw their registration anytime between registration and after the first practice but before the first game, WGFC will refund the registration fee less $25.00. There will be NO refunds after the first game of the season. If you register late, the late fee is non-refundable.
Return Check Policy:
At WGFC, if you have two (2) returned checks for non-sufficient funds (NSF), your check writing privileges will end. You will be permanently required to pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash ONLY!!!
Equipment:
Every player must bring a ball to practice.
- U04 - U08 needs a size 3 ball.
- U10 - U12 needs a size 4 ball.
- U13 - U19 needs a size 5 ball.
Our U04 division will receive a game day t-shirt (purchased through registration) but will need to purchase soccer socks separately. It is recommended to purchased black shorts and black soccer socks.
Every player must wear shin guards to all practices and games. Shin guards must be worn under the player's socks.
Players should wear cleated shoes that are designed for soccer. Please be aware that players are not allowed to play in baseball cleats or other cleated shoes that have a toe cleat.
Each player should bring a water bottle to all games and practices. We recommend labeling your player's personal equipment (i.e., water bottle, soccer ball etc.).
WGFC and its coordianators reserve the right to place each child in the appropriate age group and/or team.
